Dance and movement with Carina Raffel

Carina Raffel has worked with the body and have been teaching all kinds of movement for more than 30 years.

She has trained herself and others through various physical forms of exercise, such as ballet, modern and improvisational dance, yoga, pilates.

Carina Loves how body awareness can be shared and experienced and is a very special and brilliant teacher.

The workshop with Carina will be a mixture of dance, movement and stretching.
