East of Bornholm there are pea islands - Ertholmene. The fortress island of Christiansø is especially interesting for day trips from Bornholm. There we find a unique atmosphere that seems to last for 300 years. The shipping company Christiansøfahrten operates the route from Gudhjem to Christiansø between April 20 and October 20 - daily, four times a day during the high season. MS Ertholm takes 55 minutes to reach Christiansø.
