Refunds for Spot Guide Ltd. Services
a. The customer has the right to return rented sports equipment or cancel a sports activity in accordance with the conditions set out in these terms.
b. A return is only possible if the equipment is in an unchanged condition and has not been used.
Cancellation of a Spot Guide Ltd. Service
a. The customer may cancel the rental of equipment or a sports activity by informing the Company of their decision.
b. Cancellation terms, including the required notice period and any cancellation fees, are specified below.
Refunds and Cancellations for Buyers on VisitBornholm.com
a. Buyers making purchases on the VisitBornholm.com portal have the right to return products or cancel services in accordance with the terms set by individual sellers on the portal.
b. Refund and cancellation terms, including deadlines and any fees, are determined individually by sellers on VisitBornholm.com.
Cancellation Terms for Spot Guide Ltd.
a. Cancellation of a service more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental date is free of charge.
b. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental date, the customer may be charged a cancellation fee.
Refund of Costs
a. In the event of a cancellation in accordance with these terms, the Company undertakes to refund the full amount paid by the customer.
b. The refund will be made within 14 business days from the date the cancellation is accepted.
Damaged Equipment and Products
a. In the event of a return of damaged equipment or a product, the customer may be charged for repair or replacement costs.
b. The Company and sellers on VisitBornholm.com reserve the right to refuse a full refund in the event of a return of damaged equipment or a product.
Final Provisions
a. The Company and sellers on VisitBornholm.com reserve the right to change these terms.
b. Acceptance of the rental terms and purchases on VisitBornholm.com constitutes acceptance of all conditions by the customer.
