Terms and Conditions for the Rental of Activities and Sports Equipment by Spot Guide Ltd.

1. Introduction
   These terms and conditions define the rules for renting activities and sports equipment offered by Spot Guide Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

2. Scope of Services
   The Company acts as an intermediary in the rental of sports equipment and the organization of sports activities.
   The Company is not the owner of the equipment and serves solely as an intermediary between the customer and the rental provider.

3. Payments
   a. All payments for equipment rental and sports activities are made directly to the Company via the PayPal payment system ( PayPal Privacy Policy, PayPal Legal Agreements, PayPal Policy Updates ).
   b. The Company transfers the due amounts to the rental providers at the end of each month.

4. Liability
   a. The Company shall not be held liable for accidents, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of rented equipment or participation in sports activities.
   b. The Company is not responsible for renting out defective or damaged equipment.
   c. Any disputes regarding equipment damage during the rental period are resolved directly between the renter and the rental provider.

5. Rental Conditions
   a. The renter is obliged to inspect the technical condition of the equipment prior to rental.
   b. The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the moment of collection until its return.

6. Return of Equipment
   a. Equipment must be returned in an undamaged condition unless damage occurred due to reasons beyond the renter’s control.
   b. If damage is identified, the renter may be charged for repair or replacement costs.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
   a. Cancellation of equipment rental or sports activities must be reported to the Company in advance.
   b. The terms for cancellations and refunds are defined in a separate policy .

8. Final Provisions
   a. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
   b. Acceptance of these terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of all provisions by the renter.
