Terms and conditions governing the use of visitbornholm.com and services provided by Spot Guide Ltd.
1. These Regulations define the rules of using the services provided by Spot Guide Ltd., based at 3 Hesketh Road, Ribbleton, Preston, PR2 6NS, United Kingdom, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”, as part of the visitbornholm.com website, hereinafter referred to as the “Service”.

3. A person registered on the Website and using the Website is hereinafter referred to as the “User”.
4. The Administrator undertakes to provide, free of charge, the opportunity to publish and view advertisements on the Website. The Administrator is obliged to deliver ordered items free from defects.
5. Advertising publication services on the Website are provided by: Spot Guide Ltd., 3 Hesketh Road, Ribbleton, Preston, PR2 6NS, United Kingdom. These services are provided only to Users who are not consumers, based on individual agreements. Price lists published on the Website are indicative only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of civil law.
6. The obligations and rights of the parties with respect to the protection of personal data are regulated by the Privacy Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these Regulations.

Each complaint will be reviewed individually, and if justified, the User’s requests will be fulfilled in an agreed manner.
16. The User has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Administrator at any time and to request the removal of their account from the Website.
17. The Administrator has the right to terminate the contract concluded with the User in the event of repeated violations of these Regulations by the User.
18. These Regulations may be amended by the Administrator in the event of:
a. changes to the scope of the Administrator’s business activities or services provided and their prices,
b. changes to the Administrator’s details,
c. non-compliance of the Regulations with applicable law.
19. Amendments to the Regulations may not deprive or limit the User’s rights acquired under the previous version of the Regulations.
20. Users will be informed about changes to the Regulations via e-mail and by an announcement on the Website at least 14 days in advance.
21. A User who does not agree to the amended Regulations has the right to terminate further use of the Website with immediate effect.
22. These Regulations enter into force on the day they are published on the Website.
