Duration: 2-3 hours.
Course Location: Helligdomsklipperne Cliffs or Hammerhavn Harbor.
Course duration: June-September. However, the water temperature must be at least 14 degrees.
Other requirements: Normal physical condition and ability to swim. Maximum weight 95 kg. No heart or lung disease.
Bring: swimsuit, towel and shoes for use in the water.
