Given the need for preparation and logistics, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for equipment delivery. Additionally, please be aware that a refundable deposit of €70 / DKK500 will be applied upon equipment receipt and will be reimbursed upon the conclusion of the rental period.
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible. You can receive a full refund if you decide to cancel your reservation up to one week before the scheduled delivery date.
For cancellations made within one week of the delivery date, we offer a 50% refund.
To initiate a cancellation, kindly send an email to contact@visitbornholm.com. Please remember to include your booking reference in the email for smooth processing.
Upon the equipment's arrival, a DKK 500 deposit is required, payable via MobilePay or in cash. Once we've collected the equipment and verified its condition, your deposit will be promptly reimbursed.
