a. Buyers making purchases on VisitBornholm.com have the right to return products or cancel services by the conditions set by individual sellers on the portal.

Cancellation Conditions for Spot Guide Ltd.
a. Cancellation of the service more than 48 hours before the planned rental date is free of charge.
b. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the planned rental date, the client may be charged a cancellation fee.

Refund of Costs a. In the event of a cancellation by the terms of the regulations, the Company undertakes to refund the full amount paid by the client. b. The refund will be made within 14 working days from the cancellation's acceptance date.

Damaged Equipment and Products
a. When returning damaged equipment or products, the client may be charged for repair or replacement costs.
