Terms and conditions governing the use of visitbornholm.com and the services provided by Visit Bornholm ApS.
1. These Website Regulations (“Regulations”) define the rules for using the website and platform available at visitbornholm.com (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Visit Bornholm ApS, CVR 46221699, Brogårdsvej 41, 3700 Rønne, Denmark (the “Administrator”).
2. You may contact the Administrator at contact@visitbornholm.com or by phone at +45 53 33 72 33.
3. A person who uses the Service is referred to as a “User”. Where the Service provides account functionality, a “User” may also be a registered account holder.
4. The Service may enable Users to publish, view, and respond to listings (including advertisements and marketplace offers) subject to these Regulations. Specific features may be free of charge or paid, as indicated within the Service.
5. Where the Service offers advertising, promotional placement, or other business services, such services may be provided on the basis of individual agreements. Any price lists displayed on the Service are informational only and do not constitute a binding offer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. The processing of personal data is governed by the applicable Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Regulations.
7. Information about cookies and similar technologies is provided in the Cookies Policy (or “Cookies and Similar Technologies Policy”) available on the Service.
8. The User represents that they hold the necessary rights to any content, materials, photos, descriptions, or other data submitted to the Service. It is prohibited to publish illegal content, content obtained unlawfully, or content that infringes third-party rights.
9. The Administrator may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Regulations, applicable laws, or third-party rights, including without prior notice where required for safety or compliance.
10. Where a User repeatedly publishes multiple listings with identical or substantially identical content, the Administrator may remove duplicates and retain a single listing.
11. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Service acts as a platform/marketplace and is not a party to contracts concluded between Users (e.g. between a buyer and a seller). Users are responsible for exercising appropriate caution when entering into transactions.
12. The Administrator is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of third-party offers, listings, goods, or services presented by Users. Responsibility for performance, warranties, returns, and cancellations lies with the relevant seller/provider unless the Service explicitly states that the Administrator is the contracting party.
13. To use the Service, the User must have an internet-connected device and a web browser (or other compatible means of accessing the Service).
14. The User has the right to request clarification of these Regulations from the Administrator via the contact details provided above.
15. Complaints regarding services provided directly by the Administrator may be submitted by email to contact@visitbornholm.com. Each complaint will be reviewed individually and, where justified, resolved in an appropriate manner.
16. Where account functionality is available, the User may request deletion of their account and may discontinue use of the Service at any time.
17. The Administrator may suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Service in the event of repeated or serious violations of these Regulations or applicable laws.
18. The Administrator may amend these Regulations in the event of: (a) changes to the scope of services or business model, (b) changes to the Administrator’s details, (c) legal or regulatory changes, (d) security or technical reasons.
19. Amendments shall not unlawfully deprive Users of rights acquired under the previous version of these Regulations.
20. Users will be informed about material changes to these Regulations through an announcement on the Service and/or by email (where available) at least 14 days in advance, unless changes are required by law or for urgent security reasons.
21. A User who does not agree to the amended Regulations may stop using the Service with immediate effect and, where applicable, request deletion of their account.
22. These Regulations enter into force on the day they are published on the Service.
