Rental Terms and Conditions of Sports Equipment and Activities by Spot Guide Ltd.

Introduction
This document sets out the terms and conditions for the rental of sports equipment and activities offered by Spot Guide Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

Scope of Services
The Company offers intermediary services in the rental of sports equipment and the organization of sports activities. The Company is not the owner of the equipment but acts as an intermediary between the client and the rental owner.

Payments

a. All payments for the rental of equipment and sports activities are made directly to the Company via the PayPal payment system (PayPal Privacy Policy, PayPal Legal Agreements, PayPal Policy Updates).
b. The Company transfers the dues to the rental owners at the end of each month.

Liability
a. The Company is not responsible for accidents, damages, or injuries incurred while using the rented equipment or participating in sports activities.
b. The Company is not liable for renting out damaged equipment.
c. Any disputes regarding equipment damage during the rental are settled directly between the renter and the rental company.

Rental Conditions
a. The renter is obliged to familiarize themselves with the technical condition of the equipment before renting it.
b. The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the moment of its receipt until its return.

Return of Equipment
a. The equipment must be returned in an undamaged state unless the damage was due to reasons beyond the renter's control. b. In case of damage, the renter may be charged for the repair or replacement of the equipment.

Cancellation and Refunds
a. Cancellation of equipment rental or sports activity should be reported to the Company in advance.
b. The conditions for making returns and cancellations are specified in a separate regulation.

Final Provisions
a. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
b. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is equivalent to the renter accepting all its conditions.
