Windsurfing - Beginner Course

What will be provided:

Equipment: We provide a complete set of windsurfing gear, including
windsurfing boards,
sails,
masts,
booms,
life jackets.
Our equipment is of high quality and regularly inspected to ensure safety and comfort during learning and training.

What we will do: The three-day windsurfing course provides comprehensive preparation for independently practicing this sport. During the course, we focus on windsurfing theory, collision regulations, and safety rules. On the water, we teach techniques such as tacking, sailing with and against the wind, and other skills necessary for independent windsurfing. Our experienced instructors will provide you with individual attention and assistance, enabling you to develop your skills in a safe and friendly environment.

The course takes place over three consecutive days, with three hours of classes per day. Each session consists of both land-based instruction, where you will learn theory and basic techniques, and practical exercises on the water to apply your acquired knowledge. Our goal is for you to feel confident and competent in practicing windsurfing after completing the course.

Bornholm is an excellent location for windsurfing, offering highly favorable conditions. Our location is particularly attractive due to a high number of sunny days, safe beaches, strong winds, and experienced instructors. We collaborate with Eastwind, a water sports center located in Balka Strand, close to the charming old fishing village of Snogebæk. It's the perfect place for you to develop your windsurfing skills in a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful scenery.
